Exceptional and growing Functional Medicine group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner / NP to work in a functional medicine setting in the Westmont, IL area!

Company :

Private Practice, founded in 2011, that explores and addresses the root causes of patients health issues, ensuring effective, measurable results that will enhance their patient's quality of life
Provide flexible scheduling for patients, offering house calls, telehealth and in-clinic visits
Membership services to patients ensure regular, unhurried consultations, focusing on personalized care rather than the constraints of traditional fee-for-service model

Competitive salary, $100,000 - $140,000 / year, and monthly bonus

$3,000 annual continuing education reimbursement

Ongoing mentorship from experienced clinicians

Virtual Assistants hand non-clinical tasks, allowing provider to focus on patient care

Your Role with the Company :

Full-time position, Flexible schedule and work / life balance

60-90 min visits specializing in peri menopause, GI, regenerative and functional medicine

Provider will see 3-5 patients / day, home visits, some clinic visits and telehealth

Nurse Practitioner will build up to carry a patient panel of 225 patients

Background Profile :

FNP / Family Nurse Practitioner, APRN, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

License and Independent practice authority in Illinois

2+ years of Hormone experience required, functional medicine experience desired
