Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting function and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting

Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals while fostering collaboration across departments

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to optimize working capital

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred

7-10 years of progressive accounting / finance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Expert-level experience with NetSuite and its Planning & Budgeting module

Strong technical accounting knowledge of GAAP

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
