We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Littleton. You will manage production schedules, materials, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and smooth manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing or medical device production who excels at coordinating resources and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and maintain weekly production schedules
  • Coordinate machines, personnel, and materials to meet delivery goals
  • Prioritize projects based on capacity, materials, and labor
  • Communicate forecast changes and production impacts
  • Analyze data to adjust schedules proactively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production alignment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering
  • 1-3 years in production planning, materials coordination, or inventory control
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
