Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success. Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
• Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
• Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead to project completion.
• Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.

Requirements

• Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years
• No degree or certification is needed..
• Strong personal sales track record.
• Willing to follow our proven sales system.
• Communicates well with others.
• Mon - Sat*, 9am - 6pm
• Able to work rotating Saturdays*.
