Antitrust Attorney – Mid-Level Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have either/both transactional Antitrust and Antitrust litigation experience.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of a deal is a plus.
• Represents and advise clients in a wide variety of transactional and other corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity investments, and joint ventures.
• Regularly counsel companies in connection with corporate governance, takeover preparedness and other corporate matters that do not involve pending mergers and acquisitions.
• Ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.
• Assessing and advising on client and business conflicts
• Responding to discovery requests
• Ideal candidate would be familiar with ethics rules and be willing to take on a variety of tasks with significant responsibility and have excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.
• Candidates must have a high level of academic achievement from an accredited law school and be admitted to the DC Bar.
