Communicate with stakeholders and leadership, reporting project status and needs. 2–3 years in management 5–7 years in software development Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with IBMi systems is a plus Familiarity with Infor LX or other ERP software Collaborative, adaptable, and open to broad technology stacks
