A company is looking for a Director of People Operations to build and scale people systems during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and operate core people operations to support rapid growth and day-to-day performance

Partner with leadership to improve hiring quality, performance expectations, and leadership effectiveness

Ensure HR compliance across federal, state, and local employment regulations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in people operations or HR leadership roles

Experience scaling teams in professional services or technology-driven organizations

Strong knowledge of government contracting environments and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred

Experience in remote-first and multi-state employment environments
