LearnToRestore.com is the premier training provider for restoration professionals, offering industry-leading training to individuals and companies nationwide. We offer hundreds of certification courses each year in all things property restoration, including water damage, mold remediation, fire and smoke cleanup, and more! We teach classes both online and at our facility in Murray, Utah.

About the Role

As our Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential part in supporting our operations and maintaining our reputation for excellence. You’ll help organize and coordinate classes, assist customers, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of LearnToRestore.com.

You'll support management by helping us stay organized, manage projects, and keep track of timelines.

The administrative assistant position is an in-person position located in Murray, Utah.

What You'll Do

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing schedules, emails, and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email and chat, assisting with inquiries, class registrations, and helping clients.
  • Organize and coordinate classes, including scheduling, communication, and logistics.
  • Order lunches, refreshments, manuals, and set up the classroom for in-person classes and events.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Support the business owners in various projects and initiatives, including taking meeting notes, following up on projects, and managing timelines.
  • Help with project management and organization tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two (2) plus years' experience in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient with Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • You're experienced in supporting management, making sure the details are taken care of!
