Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Lead full-cycle recruitment for various roles, focusing on sales, technical, and engineering positions
Establish scalable recruiting processes and utilize ATS for requisition management and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
8+ years of progressive recruitment experience across multiple business functions
Proven track record in high-growth technology environments
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
Expert sourcing skills and experience in building recruiting processes
