What You'll Be Doing

Duties:

Manage and analyze financial development for plant and act as business partner to plant operational leadership team. Duties: perform plant wide cost analysis including for new and existing products and follow-up on all cost categories and make proposals to minimize deviations; prepare and present month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial performance results and policies to management; work with departments on improving results, understanding gaps, and closing gaps; prepare quarterly plant forecast, including deviation analysis to budget and forecast; timely and accurate preparation of financial management reporting for the plant (KPI reporting, analysis, trends); identify and communicate risks and opportunities to Management from analysis; coordination and preparation of annual budget ensuring budget meets targets provided by BU Controller/Leadership; coordinate and prepare site Cap-Ex budget and assist project leaders in preparation of AFE's, PDP & DCF models, localizations, and follow-up, ensuring budgets are met; train organization at all levels within plant; facilitate yearly costing run and secure organizational involvement in validation of standards; participate in projects related to financial area (reporting, system implementations, ERP projects); assist organization with financial questions on a day-to-day basis; lead site finance team.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration

• 3 years experience with controlling in theelectronic manufacturing industry, including work with SAP and business warehouse tools; change management and people leadership; and generation of analysis models in Power BI.

• 3 years experiencewith International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

• 3 years experience working for a European-based international company
