About This Role

We are a private, dynamic company seeking an energetic, intuitive, and hands-on accounting and financial professional capable of guiding our next phase of growth. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. CPA certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities of the Controller

• Accounting : Processing and supervision of all accounting functions, including A / R, A / P, bank reconciliations, and financial statements
• Analysis : Development of a variety of financial and accounting reports, including spending and costing analysis
• Treasury Management : Continuous cash flow planning and reporting thereof
• Budgeting and Forecasts : Preparation of annual budget and related forecasts
• Auditing and Internal Controls : Maintenance of effective internal controls within established guidelines; auditing of accounting records periodically
• Assist with external tax compliance and planning
• Recruit and develop accounting and finance team as transaction / activity levels require

Location

In person, at our offices in the Chandler / Tempe area.

The pay range for this role is :

135,000 - 175,000 USD per year(Chandler, Arizona)
