OVERVIEW
The Talent Development team at Alo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the planning, logistics, and execution of learning programs and team initiatives across the corporate organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating polished, impactful experiences that help employees grow and stay connected as we scale globally.
As a key member of the Talent Development team, the Coordinator will own day-to-day operations, communications, and backend support for workshops, onboarding, events, and tools. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional partners to help deliver seamless, high-quality learning experiences that reflect the Alo brand and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the operational backbone of the Talent Development team, ensuring all programs run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage scheduling and logistics for team-sponsored workshops, events, and learning experiences-including booking space, creating calendar invites, sending internal communications, and managing post-event surveys
- Own and maintain the team's shared inbox, calendar, and intake process for workshop and training requests
- Coordinate and support the execution of new hire onboarding and orientation programming, including day-of logistics and facilitation support, in partnership with Executive Onboarding Lead
- Partner with the Talent Development & Internal Communications teams to keep employee intranet updated with current toolkits, guides, and workshop resources
- Manage team administrative operations, including expense processing, invoice submissions, and supply ordering
- Help implement and maintain systems that improve the efficiency, consistency, and quality of team deliverables
- Support internal campaigns and engagement efforts that reflect the voice and values of the Alo brand
- Maintain documentation for workflows, templates, and standard operating procedures as TD programs scale globally.
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in a coordinator, project support, or team operations role-experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or HR teams preferredProficiency in Microsoft Workspace, Canva; familiarity with Articulate Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, and Asana is a plusExperience using or interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, etc) to streamline tasks and enhance workflowsStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication with a high level of polishAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComfort with ambiguity, willingness to iterate, and proactive problem-solving mindsetStrong sense of ownership, with a collaborative spirit and high standards for execution and aestheticsThe base pay range for this position is $28 / hr-$30 / hr which represents the current range for the non-exempt position. Please note that actual pay will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
