Key Responsibilities
Design and manage onboarding programs for new Sales and Business Development Manager hires
Develop and implement ongoing training modules and manage sales content effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on GTM strategy and resource needs
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement, preferably in B2B enterprise software or health-tech
Proficiency with Salesforce and experience managing a Sales Engagement Platform or Learning Management System
Strong analytical skills to translate operational data into actionable insights
Understanding of the healthcare buyer journey and value-based selling frameworks is a plus
Experience managing cross-functional projects and optimizing technology systems
