We are looking to hire a superstar to assist in all email, phone, and social media customer service efforts for our growing customer base.

You will be working with Steve Trang and will be a key member of our exceptional customer and client support team. You are qualified for this position if you have experience. . .

• Problem-solving a wide variety of technical and logistical questions efficiently.-Foreseeing potential breakage points (and solutions) for pro-active customer care.-Utilizing your wicked-awesome persuasion and marketing skills in everyday communication.-Managing many projects at once with speed, efficiency and poise.-"Thinking on your feet," are well-organized and results-driven.

Familiar with many advanced tools, strategies and resources to find and discover desired information and resources.-Proficient skills in Excel and / or Google Docs.-Experience using a CRM

Must be consistently available each of the 5 days during the week, Monday-Friday.
