Your Purpose

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for maintaining member and co-worker relationships, managing branch operations, processes and staff, by building on our team-focused environment which centers on providing a high-quality member service experience.

What You'll Do

To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the following under indirect supervision from your manager:

• Responsible for planning, directing, organizing and overseeing operational activities of the branch, including branch sales, and branch security.
• Responsible for personnel management including hiring, training and development of staff.
• Assist branch staff in resolving complex member issues, questions, or complaints.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the branch to ensure its effectiveness in achieving the Credit Union's goals and overall success, in addition to the branches productivity and performance-based goals.
• Maintain professional and positive public relations with members by actively participating in union functions.
• Maintain a current notary public certificate.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union's policies and procedures and current promotions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Associates degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of work experience in a Manager-level role.
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Proficiency with JHA Symitar preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Salary Range: $71,808 - $115,242

OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Martinez.
