Office Administrator

Our client is an established non-profit in the Columbus-area facilitating a number of support services for children, families, and communities and they are seeking an Office Administrator. Pay is $45-50k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

  • The Office Administrator will greet and assist all in-person visitors and answer phones
  • Ensure reporting and paperwork is correct by properly entering necessary data
  • The Office Administrator will coordinate schedules, office events, and vendors
  • Maintain office supplies and organize office events

    • EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR :

  • Must have prior experience in a similar capacity
  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask with a good attitude
  • Experience with Office Suite products is required

    • Pay is $45-50k, DOE
