AI Engineer

Location : Hybrid – Plano, TX (Onsite 2–3 days / week)

Employment Type : Contract (6 months, extensions likely)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to join a high-impact project focused on building Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, client-facing communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks.
Develop and optimize machine learning models for analytics and forecasting.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Databricks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.

Required Skills & Experience

Professional experience with Generative AI and prompt engineering.

Strong background in Analytics , Machine Learning , and Python programming .

Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks .

Proficiency in data wrangling and managing large, diverse datasets (CSV, SQL, APIs, Excel).

Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with statistical analysis, time series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet).

Knowledge of Git workflows and collaborative coding practices.

Experience creating dashboards and visualizations (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI).
