Specialty: Specimen Collector

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (10am-6pm with a 1-hour lunch from 2:30pm-3:30pm) - 21 hours

Pay: $18.00

Position: Specimen Collector

Job Description:

· Collect specimens from patients following established protocols and procedures

· Ensure proper identification and labeling of specimens

· Prepare specimens for transport to the laboratory

· Maintain accurate records of collected specimens

· Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· Familiarity with specimen collection processing techniques

· Experience working in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Experience with Microsoft 365
