Position Overview

The Process Engineer will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to apply engineering principles in a hands-on production environment while contributing to the success of the department. The role directly supports the team's goals by driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing operational performance.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and throughput.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and tooling specifications.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives through project participation and data analysis.
• Perform time studies and cycle time analysis to balance workflow and improve efficiency.
• Assist with new product introductions and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• All other duties as assigned
