About the Role :

We’re seeking a high-energy, proactive, detail-oriented Inventory Support Specialist to support our production operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure that materials, parts, and supplies are efficiently managed so our teams can deliver world-class imaging systems on time.

You’ll be a vital link between production planning and manufacturing — helping Omega deliver innovative imaging systems that advance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Production Planning Action Reports to signal work order needs.
• Process work orders and ensure timely part pulls for manufacturing assemblies.
• Organize and maintain parts inventory, bins, and storage locations.
• Support weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including unpacking, inspection, data entry in ERP systems, and preparation of outgoing shipments.
• Ensure materials are ready and available for manufacturing as needed.
• Support audit and reporting tasks to maintain inventory integrity.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment.
