Job Description:
The Hitting Academy Clearwater (THA) is currently accepting resumes for a Baseball Instructor with customer service and sales experience.
As a result of our recent growth and continued success, The Hitting Academy is seeking a focused candidate to grow with us. If you are seeking a part time / full time (20-40 hours per week) opportunity to be on a team-oriented staff driven to grow, with the sport of baseball/softball as the pedestal, The Hitting Academy is the place to work.
As a Baseball Instructor / Sales Representative the responsibilities will include:
· Schedule Private Lessons, Clinics, Camps, etc.


· Professionally answer phones.


· Face to Face sales of Lessons, Memberships, Camps etc.


· Keep Batting Cages, Fitness Area, Bathrooms, Offices, Parents Viewing Areas Clean & Organized


· Give 1st Class Baseball Instruction in a 1 on 1 atmosphere and in a clinic / team setting.


· Greet customers and provide excellent customer service on Facility Tours


· Create Clinic Schedules, Fliers, and additional material
