A company is looking for a Director, Assistant General Counsel, Employment, Ethics & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel on global employment-related issues and policies

Lead strategy and resolution of employment-related disputes and investigations

Draft and enhance global ethics, compliance, and employment policies

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in labor, employment, ethics, and compliance

Member in good standing of the California Bar or another bar association

Deep expertise in U.S. federal and state employment laws

Experience leading ethics and compliance programs

Experience managing global outside counsel for multi-jurisdictional matters
