Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance on HR-related needs and ensure compliance with multistate employment laws
Facilitate onboarding processes and support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Administer HRIS functions and assist with performance management and employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field; PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
Experience with leave of absence administration and HRIS platforms
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
