Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with accurate information.
• Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
• Process patient registrations, payments, and medical records.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle medical correspondence and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.
