Ideal Candidate Profile:

Medical Degree (MD or DO) with active or eligible board certification in Family Medicine.

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New York State.

• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Must have clinical experience; not considering new graduates or those currently in fellowship.
• Preference for candidates based in Long Island, especially those with an established patient following or seeking a transition from private practice or retirement.
