Job Description

Sales Order Processor

Location : Croydon (CR0) – Office Based

Salary : £24,000 – £26,000 per annum

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am – 5 : 30 pm (flexible for earlier start if needed)

  • Sales Order Processing experience is a must for this role

We are a B2B supplier providing goods to commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth order processing for our clients.

The Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services & Order Processor to join our team. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure their orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Placing manual orders onto the system
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to live chat enquiries
  • Packing items and arranging couriers for dispatch
  • Providing excellent customer service and support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries promptly

  • Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales Order Processing
