Essential Functions

Leads and performs the routine functions of the HR department including administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies, procedures, and programs. Maintains employee's benefit data and applies any changes to payroll and benefits in a timely manner. Analyzes, prepares, and processes an accurate payroll with applicable knowledge of various deductions.
