A company is looking for a Senior Process & Piping Design Engineer to support the Molten Chloride Fast Reactor program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop System Design Descriptions, Interface Control Documents, PFDs, and P&IDs to define system requirements
Design piping layouts, select materials, and perform stress analyses using AutoPipe
Prepare / review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
Required Qualifications
B.S. in Mechanical or related discipline with 12+ years of experience in industrial mechanical systems
Proven experience in piping design and analysis using AutoPipe or Caesar
Proficiency with CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Knowledge of valves, fittings, supports, and piping materials
Experience with nuclear reactor / process system design is highly desired
