Required Skills & Experience

• 6-10 years of banking experience
• 5+ years in UAT management roles
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium Java / Cucumber) and CI / CD pipelines - Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage ambiguity, and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall delivery and tools like ALM / JIRA.

Background in large enterprise environments and highly regulated industries.
