The firm is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join its Las Vegas, NV office. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.
• Handle legal research, motion practice, discovery, client communication, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to business and legal goals.
• Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents.
• Maintain high professional standards while working with autonomy and accountability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Licensed to practice in Nevada
• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience (business litigation or construction defect)
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable managing deadlines and caseloads in a busy work environment
• Highly organized, responsive, and committed to client service

Compensation & Benefits:
