Key Responsibilities
Manage the full talent acquisition process, ensuring equitable and inclusive hiring practices
Support organizational development efforts and manage professional development programs
Develop and implement recruitment and organizational development processes to achieve key outcomes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in multi-state recruiting or talent acquisition
Experience in nonprofit, K-12 education, or technical environments
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Must reside in and be legally authorized to work in the USA
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
