Your Role at Haven

As a Home Health RN, you will provide high-quality skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients homes, working closely with physicians, patients, and caregivers to support recovery, independence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver skilled nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and wellness
• Communicate clinical findings effectively with physicians and the care team
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development
• Complete documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida
• One (1) year of home health experience preferred
• Experience with Kinnser EMR preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage time independently
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
