will develop business opportunities by meeting people and consulting,
helping, and sharing insight, content and expertise while learning about

You will nurture these new relationships by providing
valuable information (which you will have) through timely follow-up
while uncovering those looking to buy or sell property, or refer others
considering buying or selling property
Your singular objective :
Set an appointment for an agent on our team
Nurture a relationship over time, manage communication, and eventually set an appointment at a later date
Either of the aforementioned goals will be achieved using the various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our group. Appointments will convert into business by turning them into new clients, and you are compensated based on those closures.
There is a lot of calling involved in this role
Your Responsibilities
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
Conduct
outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of
real estate buying and selling opportunities, and management of sales
pipeline through the sales cycle
Learn and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
Your Qualifications
You speak English with a clear, pleasant, and attentive personality on the phone with excellent verbal communication skills
You are a conversationalist and listener who can engage and engender trust over the phone, and establish rapport quickly
You want to earn more than just a weekly salary
You are passionate about sale through consultation
You are a self-starter, independent self-motivated, decisive and proactive
You want to meet dozens of new people every day and help them resolve challenges related to property sales and ownership

Your Goals :
Set no less than 8 appointments per week that will result in our listing their properties for sale
Uncover a minimum of 5 new relationships per day to nurture
What you will do every day :
All efforts are business building activities through prospect acquisition and relationship development.
Make calls to prospects who own or are interested in owning real estate
Establish strong rapport
Learn about them
Ascertain the motives for selling or buying property
Attempt to schedule a property audit and consultation appointment
Provide them with whatever they might need and leave a professional, personal impression
Ask them if they know of anyone that might be looking to buy or sell property
Keep in contact over time
Effort includes 3 hours of calling in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and occasionally 1 hour in the evening, of purposeful phone introductions where new contacts and opportunities are uncovered and appointments are set
Type of employment / hours : Work can be either full-time, part time, or on a contract basis, and follows the typical Monday through Friday 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm schedule. Most work is done during the work-day and work-week, though it is possible that a customer may need to be reached outside of those hours. We want to be professional and respond within a limited amount of time, and maintain a thoughtful system. Target salary consists of a small base PLUS commission.
Additional income streams – Any candidate willing to hold a real estate license additionally has the opportunity to earn referral commissions, and a passive income stream that is permanent and also inheritable by family members.
