A company is looking for a Technical Trainer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop comprehensive training curricula, including virtual instructor-led training and eLearning modules
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging training materials and deliver interactive virtual training sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training materials to reflect system changes and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources Training and Development, or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience in developing and implementing training programs for technological systems
Strong knowledge of technical systems used in call center environments
Proficiency in technology platforms and electronic learning systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications
U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
