Your Role : As a Direct Support Professional, you will be a crucial support and advocate for the individuals in our care. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Following daily routines and Individual Program Plans (IPP).
  • Assisting individuals in achieving personal goals and fostering independence.
  • Providing personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and toileting assistance.
  • Preparing nutritious meals and ensuring living spaces are clean and safe.
  • Facilitating enjoyable social, recreational, and community activities.
  • Offering transportation using company vans.
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors and reporting any necessary incidents.

    • What We Are Looking For :

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant caregiving experience (personal or professional).
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • A valid California Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.

    • Preferred (or willing to obtain) :

  • DSP Certificate (Year 1 & 2) and CPI certification within the first 6 months.
  • First Aid / CPR certification within the first 30 days.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs.
