Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial real estate transactions.
Represent real estate sponsors in transactions involving:
Debt financing
Joint venture structuring
Offering documentation
Transactional closings
Advise clients on post-acquisition asset management, including leasing, property management, and loan modifications.
Represent sponsors and equity investors in various investment structures and joint ventures.
Counsel single- and multi-family offices on structuring, succession planning, governance, and complex transactions involving real estate and capital investment.
Required:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant transactional experience, ideally including real estate.
JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
Active membership in the Texas Bar.
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Previous law firm or judicial clerkship experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex subject matter with confidence and precision.
