Program Manager, Compliance Training

A company is looking for an ELTD Program Manager to oversee enterprise learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the enterprise-wide learning reporting strategy, including metrics and compliance tracking

Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies

Oversee operational strategy and manage end-to-end learning operations, including vendor relationships and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

8+ years of experience in learning operations, program management, or compliance training within a large financial institution or complex organization

Strong understanding of banking compliance topics and regulatory requirements

Experience utilizing LMS platforms and managing complex programs at an enterprise level

Experience supporting risk, audit, and compliance reporting functions
