Restaurant Assistant General Manager Wanted – Clackamas, OR

Location : Clackamas, OR

Salary : Up to $70,000 base (DOE) + performance-based bonuses

We’re an award-winning, Northwest-based restaurant group known for exceptional food and warm hospitality. Our Clackamas location is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with our General Manager, lead our team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. If you’re passionate about great food and great service, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do :

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team, creating schedules that optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and restaurant cleanliness.
  • Manage inventory and control costs to support financial performance.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that inspires staff and delights guests.
