Insurance Defense Attorney

A reputable law firm is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in insurance defense who is looking to advance their career in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Position: Insurance Defense Attorney
Location: Blue Bell, PA and Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, auto, and other related claims.
- Conduct all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to develop defense strategies, ensure compliance with client guidelines, and provide high-quality legal representation.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments and strategy.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in insurance defense or related litigation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
