Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide cardiovascular medical management in an outpatient clinic setting for adults, encompassing general and preventive care, conducting physical examinations, treating and managing cardiovascular diseases, ordering diagnostic tests and labs, and prescribing medication.
• Deliver comprehensive cardiology health assessments to effectively manage patient care.
• Implement comprehensive plans that include interventions and treatments aimed at achieving expected outcomes.
• Identify expected outcomes based on assessment data and diagnoses, and tailor those outcomes to specific patient populations in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Required Qualifications :

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $39.90 to $59.86, based on various factors like local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
