This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for professionals with deep motorsports experience and advanced CAD modeling skills.

Key Responsibilities : -Design and analyze race car chassis and mechanical systems using CAD software-Develop parametric models, technical drawings, and design documentation-Interpret test results and apply findings to improve performance-Lead engineering projects and mentor junior engineers-Coordinate design activities across development, scheduling, and testing-Evaluate and implement design changes, specifications, and drawing releases-Ensure compliance with engineering principles and project requirements

Required Qualifications : -5-7 years of motorsports vehicle design experience-Strong background in race car chassis and suspension systems-Proficiency in CAD software and parametric modeling-Experience with prototype machining, castings, and treatment processes-Knowledge of raw material specifications, drawing control procedures, and cost calculations-Strong analytical and project management skills-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs of vehicle components-Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills : -Familiarity with mechanical systems testing and data analysis-Experience in design reviews and engineering documentation-Understanding of engineering theories and their application to real-world design
