Machine Adjuster or Trainee Machine Adjuster

Information about the Company: Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes. We are hiring immediately for experienced Machine Adjusters and Trainee Machine Adjusters in our Kent, WA manufacturing plant.Experienced Machine Adjuster* $24.06/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium on 2nd & 3rd shifts* 2 positions are opened on 1st shift 6am -- 2pm (for experienced candidates)* Additional positions are opened on 2nd & 3rd shifts* 5+ years of experience as an Envelope Machine Adjuster is requiredTrainee Machine Adjuster* $21/hr or higher depending on relevant experience + shift premium on 2nd & 3rd shifts* Positions are available on 2nd & 3rd shifts for this position* 4+ years of Intermediate to Advanced hands on mechanical skills required to set up, diagnose/repair production equipment as well as complete changeovers, size changes, etc.Important Notes:* Training typically takes place on 1st shift for 2nd & 3rd shift positions * 1st shift 6:30am -- 2:30pm; 2nd shift 2:30pm -- 10:30pm; 3rd shift 10:30pm -- 6:30am* 2nd shift premium $0.75/hr / 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr* The schedule is Mon-Fri with Saturdays required during busy season/based on business needs * Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills.* Flexibility required with machine assignment.* **The Trainee position is a developmental role that requires the individual to be successfully progressing to a Machine Adjuster position by successfully completing the training The individual's performance will be evaluated to determine progress in and suitability for the role.Physical Requirements & Work Environment:* Regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping.* Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds with assistance.* Exposure to production equipment, noise, hazardous materials (inks, solvents, glue, etc.).* Must be able to work in hot or cold weather.* Ability to handle high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift.* Mental alertness to stop equipment when jam occurs.Cenveo is an EEO Employer
