ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General description of main / primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision this position will :
- Responsible for writing and modifying code and scripts for computer programs, applications, and reports to function properly.
- Create algorithms and tools to assist with integrating and translating massive datasets to improve operational efficiency and quality.
- Maintain and audit various system settings and software to ensure it is running smoothly, and look for ways to update, automate, extract and track data efficiently.
- Conduct thorough testing to confirm newly created applications and software produce the expected results.
- Address and troubleshoot issues that arise, identify and fix faulty code or errors. Responsible for documentation to enable the ease of future reference and modifications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Accounting, Finance, etc.) to liaise with external group to understand requirements, define quantitative framework, deploy applications, and deliver automation solutions that adhere to security and compliance standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.Field of Study : Business, Math, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.CORE COMPETENCIES
