Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer interactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holiday
