Job Title : Social Media Content Creator & Strategist

Job Overview : Phoenix Is representing a fast-growing ecommerce and retail organization in high fashion. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Content Creator & Strategist to elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the digital content realm, with a knack for video editing, graphic design, and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling content that resonates with large audiences, understands the intricacies of social media algorithms, and can drive engagement and growth. If you have a creative flair, are up-to-date with current trends, and possess the skills to craft both video and static content that captivates, we want you on our team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Content Creation & Strategy : Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with our brand goals, focusing on video and static content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
  • Video Editing & Graphic Design : Utilize tools such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to produce visually appealing video and graphic content that stands out in the crowded social media space.
  • Social Media Management : Oversee and grow our social media accounts, ensuring they surpass the 10,000 followers mark through engaging, trend-driven content.
  • Engagement & Growth : Implement strategies to enhance follower interaction and brand visibility, leveraging your understanding of social media algorithms to our advantage.
  • Content Analysis : Regularly analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 2-3 years of experience in a marketing company or as a content creator, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing, graphic design, and social media content creation.
  • Skills : Proficiency in video editing software (Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite), graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop), and a deep understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Social Media Savvy : Experience managing and growing social media accounts with significant followings; personal social accounts with a large following are a plus.
  • Creativity : Exceptional ability to create engaging memes and content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that engage and inspire.

  • A personal social media account with a substantial following, demonstrating your ability to engage and grow an audience.
