Job Description :

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications marketing or public relations. As an Entry Level Communications Assistant you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of communication strategies including internal and external communication social media management and content creation.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and distribution of communication materials including press releases newsletters and social media posts.
  • Manage and update social media accounts to increase engagement and reach targeted audiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of events including press conferences and community outreach activities.
  • Conduct research to gather information for reports and communication projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative content strategies.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports to track publicity and engagement.

Skills Required :

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear compelling content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of digital communication strategies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
