    The Company is seeking an Inaugural Dean for its newly unified School of Arts and Sciences. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the integration of the liberal arts and sciences, preserving and enhancing the institution's academic identity, and addressing the evolving landscape of higher education. The Dean will be responsible for fostering a culture of academic excellence, supporting faculty and student success, and promoting a bold vision for the future of the School of Arts and Sciences.

    Applicants for the Inaugural Dean position should have a strong background in academic leadership, with a deep understanding of the liberal arts and sciences. The role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the challenges of unification, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure the continued vitality of the institution. A commitment to the values of the Lasallian educational mission, including social justice, cultural competence, and engaged citizenship, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, program development, and a clear vision for the future of the School of Arts and Sciences within the context of the College's mission and values.
