Talent Acquisition Coordinator I
Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660
Duration: 6–9 Months Contract (Extension possible based on performance)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Onsite (4 days) + 1 Remote day
Shift: Standard Business Hours
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator I to support our Corporate Talent Acquisition team at our Newport Beach headquarters. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a seamless and positive hiring experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative group of recruiters, coordinators, and Talent Acquisition leaders, supporting operational excellence across our recruiting processes. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews across all levels—including executive interviews—via phone, video, and onsite formats.
- Manage candidate travel arrangements, including travel for executive-level candidates.
- Support TA projects using an agile/Scrum approach to drive value and process improvement.
- Use tools such as Workday Recruiting, HireVue, and Microsoft Suite to support daily operations.
- Track background checks, initiate pre-employment steps, and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure compliance across all hiring workflows.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and contribute to process optimization.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Coordinators, and hiring teams to support recruiting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, HR, or a related field.
- Executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience using Workday Recruiter, HireVue, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to support decisions.
- Desire for ongoing growth and development within Talent Acquisition.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Recruiting preferred).
- Strong experience managing complex interview scheduling.
- Ability to monitor background checks and support onboarding activities.
- Familiarity with systems such as HireVue, Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and MS Forms.
