Lead Process Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior or Lead Process Consultant to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency

Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Enablement teams to implement process changes and ensure alignment

Support key sales processes, including Opportunity Management and Sales Planning

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED with eight years of experience in business process, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience

Experience in optimizing workflows and improving sales effectiveness

Proven ability to lead medium-to-large scale process improvement projects

Expertise in documentation, process mapping, and identifying pain points

Strong proficiency in project management tools and data analysis for process changes
