Key Responsibilities
Serve as the dedicated People partner for Go To Market and G&A teams, fostering high-performing environments
Support leaders in aligning business objectives with People needs and guide organizational design and talent planning
Lead core People programs and improve processes to enhance organizational health and employee experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-changing environment
Strong background in organizational design and talent planning
Experience leading performance, compensation, and talent review processes
Proven ability to navigate sensitive employee relations with fairness and empathy
Familiarity with using data and AI tools to inform decisions and support productivity
